A YOUTH CONFERENCE BUILT ON CHRIST

This weekend is about helping our students understand who they are in the family of Christ, and to help them live a life for Christ, to be imitators of Christ, to be The Salt and Light for this world.

We want our young people to know that they are not alone and powerless as they live out each day of their lives. As believers, we have the promise of power.

Acts 1:8 "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you: and you shall be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."

For our young people, this verse reflects their lives as well...you shall be a witness to me in your HOME, and in all your ACTIVITIES and YOUR SCHOOLS and on the MISSION FIELD. Just as the call on Moses' life was to lead His people out of bondage, our young people have the same call to help lead a friend out of bondage and point him/her to Jesus Christ.
